Sveltekit: Setting up a markdown-based blog

There’s probably a better way to do this but I’ve yet to find one for Sveltekit, so here one way I whipped up on my own.

Things to achieve with this project:

1. Write blog post in a markdown doc, and get it rendered in the Sveltekit blog site.
2. Display a list of blog posts in the main page.
